Responsibilities

Support loan officers with a variety of administrative tasks related to loan applications
Collecting and verifying documentation
Ensuring compliance with underwriting requirements
Maintaining accurate files
Submitting title requests
Preparing completed files for processing
Clear and consistent communication with borrowers and team members will be a key part of your day-to-day responsibilities
Provide applicants with information regarding the loan application process
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
