Strengthen YouthBuild’s recruitment capacity by documenting current processes, identifying gaps, and creating sustainable tools, calendars, and outreach systems
Develop and maintain community partner directories, adaptable recruitment materials, and standardized toolkits to support consistent engagement
Create and manage tracking systems for referrals, outreach activities, and applicant outcomes, analyze recruitment data to inform strategies, and enhance online recruitment through social media templates, content calendars, and engagement tracking
Ensure long-term, replicable, and data-informed recruitment strategies
