Responsibilities
Conducts individual and group technical training courses and activities for employees and customers
Evaluates and obtains training programs and materials
Completes development of new course materials
Performs trainings or organizes and supervises trainings services for clients
Reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials as instructed
May provide technical support in case of complaints
Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites
Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment
Advanced understanding of the principles of electricity, power supplies, and grounding
Qualification
Required
Conducts individual and group technical training courses and activities for employees and customers
Evaluates and obtains training programs and materials
Completes development of new course materials
Performs trainings or organizes and supervises trainings services for clients
Reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials as instructed
May provide technical support in case of complaints
Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites
Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment
Advanced understanding of the principles of electricity, power supplies, and grounding
3+ years experience as a field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments needed
