Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in drafting & prosecuting patent applications, evaluating patent portfolios, and performing due diligence investigations
Strong technical background in biological sciences (e.g., molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, or related field), with a Ph.D. or equivalent experience
Expertise in drafting and prosecuting patents for biotech and pharmaceutical innovations
Excellent academic credentials, as well as excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Admission to practice before the USPTO and the state bar of Massachusetts (or willingness to become admitted)
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
Foreign language skills are a plus, although not required
