The role involves working directly with top-tier fund sponsors on a wide range of private investment vehicles, offering immediate responsibility and partner access in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Work directly with top-tier fund sponsors on a wide range of private investment vehicles, including private equity, venture capital, real estate, and credit funds
Qualification
Required
4–7+ years of experience in private investment fund formation
Strong knowledge of structuring, drafting, and negotiating fund documents and LPAs
Experience advising fund managers on compliance, regulatory filings, and investor communications
JD from an accredited law school; licensed in the jurisdiction of preferred office
Preferred
Exposure to Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) licensing is strongly preferred
Familiarity with private offering memoranda and marketing documentation
