Responsibilities
Advise strategic buyers, sellers, and private equity clients on high-value M&A and PE transactions
Lead drafting, negotiation, and due diligence across complex, often cross-border deals
Work alongside market-leading partners and a globally connected team of corporate lawyers
Manage multiple deals and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
2–6 years of private equity and M&A experience at an AmLaw 100 or equivalent firm
JD from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in Illinois
Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
Commercially minded, proactive, and able to manage complex transactions independently
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively
