Responsibilities

Conduct time studies for assembly lines and other manufacturing processes

Develop standardized work procedures for assembly lines

Identify waste within manufacturing processes and contribute to problem-solving initiatives

Actively participate in structured Kaizen events

Learn and apply Lean tools and concepts effectively

Build communication skills to engage with team members across various organizational levels

Develop leadership abilities by managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Gain experience in overseeing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion

Increase assembly productivity by eliminating waste and implementing standardized work procedures
