Responsibilities
Virtually monitor automated warehouse to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time product flow
Maintain automated components across 385,000 sq ft facility
Optimize system capacity by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks
Track system performance, minimize downtime, and implement improvement plans
Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for complex control system issues in a timely manner
Identify risk and collaborate with technical teams to minimize automation down time
Qualification
Required
1 year of computer skills required
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to effectively communicate
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments (-20°F cold storage to 100°F dry storage) with provided protective gear
Ability to adapt to varying noise levels in a busy warehouse setting
Preferred
At least 1 year of experience in an automated warehouse facility
Associate's degree or higher in computer science
