Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating technology and data-related agreements, including cloud-based services (e.g., SaaS, PaaS), data sharing and licensing, and AI-enabled solutions, within regulated environments

Strong understanding of healthcare privacy and security laws (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, state privacy) and emerging frameworks for AI governance, data ethics and responsible innovation
