Configuration and Data Manager
HX5, LLC is an award-winning provider of engineering, research and development, and technical services to clients such as NASA and the Department of Defense. They are currently seeking a Configuration and Data Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Electronic Warfare Division at Robins AFB, Georgia, with responsibilities including managing deliverables, conducting audits, and analyzing configuration changes.

Responsibilities
Manage and track deliverables in accordance with Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for division contracts. Utilize the Multi-User Engineering Change Proposal Automated Review System (MEARS)
Analyze the impact of configuration changes on lifecycle sustainment and identify sources and uses for configuration data
Confirm data adequacy for system verification reviews, Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs), and Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs), and conduct these audits
Assist the US Government (USG) in resolving engineering change proposal conflicts and assess proposed changes for systems supportability
Review hardware and software specifications, engineering drawings, and ensure accurate documentation and marking of Configuration Items (CIs)
Aid in reviewing Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Contract Change Proposals (CCPs), Request for Deviation (RFDs), and manage Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) processes
Determine Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) database requirements, monitor data inputs, track fielded systems' configurations, and document baseline changes
Qualification
Required
Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten (10) years' experience in the respective discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
Or bachelor's degree in a related field and twelve (12) years' experience in the respective discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
Or fifteen (15) years of directly related experience, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation
Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire
Must be able to travel, including air travel
