Responsibilities
Lead and supervise complex M&A and private equity transactions from term sheet to closing
Manage deal teams and mentor junior and midlevel associates
Negotiate and draft purchase agreements, joint ventures, and investor documents
Advise institutional and individual clients, including private equity firms and high-net-worth individuals
Support client growth in the sports, media, and entertainment sectors
Qualification
Required
7+ Years PQE
Private Equity & M&A Focus
Industry-Specific Deal Experience
7+ years of corporate transactional experience (senior associate or junior partner level)
Demonstrated leadership on leanly staffed deal teams
Strong track record in private equity and complex M&A deals
Familiarity with or interest in the sports, media, and entertainment sectors
Excellent drafting, analytical, and team management skills
JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials
Member of the New York Bar (or eligible to waive in)
