The successful candidate will represent private equity funds and advise on sophisticated transactional matters, offering substantial client contact and hands-on responsibility.

Responsibilities
Represent private equity funds, independent sponsors, and family offices in leveraged buyouts
Advise family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs on sell-side M&A transactions
Qualification
Required
4–8 years of relevant private equity and M&A experience
Strong deal execution and client management skills
Experience leading workstreams on leveraged buyouts and sell-side transactions
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organizational abilities
Admission to the Illinois Bar (or ability to waive in)
Preferred
Superior academic credentials and large law firm or highly regarded boutique experience
