Experience with PTAB disputes or a CAFC clerkship will be considered a significant advantage
Qualification
Required
Class Years 2018 – 2021
3-6 years of experience
Top-tier law school credentials
Solid background in IP or patent litigation
Preferred
Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or related technical fields
Experience with PTAB disputes
CAFC clerkship
