Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, real estate development and lending documentation, and hospitality agreements
Support major commercial and resort real estate transactions across the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate projects from inception through closing
Engage directly with clients and counterparties, offering tailored legal solutions and clear communication
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited U.S. law school
3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions at a sophisticated firm
Strong drafting, negotiating, and project management skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative, multi-office team
Licensed in SC or willing to obtain admission
Preferred
Experience with hospitality or resort real estate a significant plus
