Tennis Guest Services Agent
Four Seasons is a luxury hospitality company that creates exceptional experiences for guests. The Tennis Guest Services Agent is responsible for delivering outstanding service, managing the reception desk, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience for guests at the recreation outlet.

Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the reception desk by greeting guests, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing appointment schedule, and checking out guests when they depart
Respond to all guest needs and special requests either in person or via phone and add personal recommendations where appropriate
Utilize Point of Sales System to accurately charge the guest for services and retail items
Recommend retail products to guests and with the ability to describe tennis services and related activities
Provide exceptional service by handling all member and guest interactions with professionalism, resolving complaints, and accommodating special requests
Report maintenance issues to the manager
Assists Tennis Attendants with responsibilities and duties in their absence or due to heavy volume periods
Work closely with tennis professionals and other staff during lessons and events
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1+ years in guest/customer service role
Experience with computers and Microsoft applications required
Customer service experience with attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic
Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request
Position requires continuous standing, walking, and running for 8 or more hours a day
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
Ability to be outside for extended periods of time
Fluency in English is required for this location
Current work authorization in the United States
Preferred
Previous experience preferred in a tennis facility, spa or luxury setting
Knowledge of the sport is a plus
