Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a Service Technician to join their apartment community team in Hermitage, TN. The role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs, completing work orders efficiently, and ensuring the community is safe and well-maintained while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances)

Complete work orders with efficiency and attention to detail

Ensure the community is safe, functional, and well-maintained

Deliver excellent service with a friendly, can-do attitude

Be part of an on-call rotation to keep things running smoothly 24/7

Qualification

Required

Prior apartment or property maintenance experience preferred

EPA or HVAC certification a plus (but not required—we'll help you grow!)

Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
