Build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued success of the firm’s IP litigation practice
Qualification
Required
JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials
7-10 years of experience in patent litigation, with a focus on technologies such as computer, software, wireless devices, or medical devices
Significant experience with Patent Trial & Appeal Board (PTAB) practice, including managing inter partes reviews (IPRs) from start to finish
Registration to practice before the USPTO is required
Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
