Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
Ingest and integrate claims, coverage, SP/HUB, contracting, and other vendor data sets
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
Document data schemas, transformations, and workflows
Partner with Analysts and Strategists to meet business needs for data access
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in version control, testing, and automation
Qualification
Required
5-7+ years of professional experience, preferably in the pharma/biotech industry
Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, cloud platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Azure), ETL/ELT tools, APIs, and Git
Preferred
Strong background in healthcare or pharma data pipelines strongly preferred
