Responsibilities

Lead and support special projects and assignments within the Talent Management and organizational effectiveness function, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of outcomes
Prioritize and manage multiple workstreams, making informed decisions on priorities, timelines, and execution without requiring close supervision
Handle sensitive and confidential employee and organizational information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Develop, maintain, and distribute regular and ad hoc reports, presentations, and dashboards to support talent initiatives and data-driven decision-making
Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, and events such as talent reviews, leadership development sessions, and engagement initiatives
Manage and track budgets, invoices, and expenses for Talent Management programs and events
Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and other internal stakeholders to align talent programs with business priorities
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve communication, and enhance program effectiveness
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Required

3-5 years progressive experience in Talent Management, HR, or related areas
Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
Proven ability to work independently and manage confidential information effectively
Analytical skill sets or an openness to learning AI concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or relevant work experience in the field of HR
Experience with data visualization or reporting tools is a plus
