Responsibilities

RF front-end design and implementation for WiFi access points
Design and optimize multi-band RF circuits across 2.4/5/6 GHz bands
Develop RF coexistence solutions for multi-radio platforms (WiFi/BT/Thread)
Perform RF simulation using tools like ADS, HFSS for matching networks and signal chain optimization
Work closely with antenna teams to ensure successful RF system integration
Create and execute RF validation test plans, including OTA, RvR, and regulatory compliance testing
Lead RF debugging efforts during development and production phases
Support RF component selection and vendor qualification
Drive system-level design reviews and technical documentation
Develop automated RF calibration and test solutions for manufacturing

Required

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
3+ years of experience in RF/Wireless system design
Experience with WiFi systems (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be)
Experience with RF coexistence challenges and mitigation techniques
Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzers)
Knowledge of RF simulation tools (ADS, HFSS, or similar)
Experience with RF calibration and characterization
Strong lab debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Masters Degree in RF/Microwave Engineering
5+ years of experience in WiFi product development
Experience shipping high-volume wireless products
Strong understanding of MIMO RF architectures
Demonstrated success in multi-radio integration
Experience with RF front-end component selection and optimization
Knowledge of RF manufacturing test development
