Responsibilities

Assist in preparing IBM Z, networking, and storage environments for lab projects and engagements
Participate in team activities to support infrastructure alignment for client and internal demos
Shadow and assist in deploying Red Hat OpenShift, databases, and automation tools under the guidance of experienced team members
Learn to support proof-of-concept activities, performance benchmarks, and technology demonstrations
Document processes, lessons learned, and observations for team reference
Contribute to team Kanban intake by tracking tasks and status updates

Qualification

Required

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Basic understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, or databases
Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn enterprise technology
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
Familiarity with Linux command line
Exposure to container platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
Interest in enterprise infrastructure, mainframe computing, or cloud environments
