Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate key finance documents: credit agreements, commitment letters, security agreements
Coordinate due diligence, closing deliverables, and internal/external deal teams
Advise on deal structures and manage workstreams with partners and clients
Take the lead on components of transactions with autonomy and support
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of solid experience in finance transactions (lender and borrower side)
Strong background in syndicated lending, sponsor finance, and private credit
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and drafting skills
Proven ability to manage deal flow and client expectations
Admitted to a U.S. state bar
