TPO search is a leading global law firm with a premier M&A and Private Equity practice. They are seeking a mid-level Associate for their Chicago office to lead drafting and negotiation of transaction documents and manage due diligence in complex transactions.

Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Lead drafting and negotiation of purchase agreements, merger agreements, LLC/LP agreements, and ancillary transaction documents
Manage due diligence, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless client communication
Participate in high-profile, cross-border, and multi-jurisdictional deals
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across offices and practice areas

Required

4+ years of experience in M&A and/or private equity
JD from an accredited law school; admitted to Illinois (or eligible)
Strong commercial awareness, judgment, and client service focus

Professional, proactive, and able to thrive under fast-paced, complex deal-making environments
