Lead structured securities offerings and real estate finance transactions, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings
Advise public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors on commercial real estate matters
Provide strategic advice on real estate development and financing transactions
Manage large-scale, complex client projects and collaborate with attorneys and business professionals
Demonstrate leadership in managing and influencing transactions and client relationships
Qualification
Required
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
6+ years of experience managing structured securities offerings and handling real estate finance transactions
Proven expertise in acquisitions, restructurings, complex financings, and development within the real estate sector
Strong writing and analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills and sound business judgment
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
