Responsibilities

Ensure correct materials are scoped and field equipment supports new gas lines

Provide technical support for system design, modification, and continuous improvement projects

Identify potential equipment failure points and perform safety assessments

Technical writing for process development

Accurate documentation of all activities

Read, understand, and develop P&ID’s

Performing technical repairs of equipment maintenance of gas and chemical systems

Required

High school Diploma or GED

2+ years experience in a semiconductor, chemical or other manufacturing setting

Preferred

Associate Degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or other technical discipline

Understanding of safe work practices and experience in lockout, tag out projects

Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)

Technical aptitude to identify parts needed for a replacement or repair

Ability to read flow transmitters, pressure transducers, understand units of measure and use precision measuring equipment

Understand materials of construction and chemical compatibility

Awareness to identify unsafe work conditions and report them to management

Excellent teamwork and people skills
