The Project Manager – Environmental Due Diligence will take ownership of complex due diligence projects, ensuring technical quality control and supporting the EDD team while allowing the Director to focus on broader leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Baseline Environmental Assessments, Documentation of Due Care Compliance Reports, and Response Activity Plans

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes

Conduct and/or review environmental data evaluations, historical research, and sampling plans

Perform QA/QC reviews for EDD reports prepared by staff technicians

Serve as a technical resource for staff technicians and project managers

Provide guidance, training, and coaching to junior and mid-level staff on technical tasks

Train new technical staff on all aspects of conducting EDD reports

Collaborate directly with the Director to manage workflow, staffing needs, and project distribution

Participate in client calls and technical discussions as needed to discuss/review conclusions and next steps, as applicable

Prepare scopes, estimates, and proposals for EDD projects
