Advise developers, investors, and lenders on high-value real estate transactions across all asset classes
Handle acquisition, financing, development, leasing, joint ventures, and dispositions
Manage construction loans, term loans, land use, zoning, and development-related matters
Qualification
Required
6–10 years of experience in commercial real estate law
Strong background representing lenders, owners, and developers
Experience negotiating and closing complex real estate and financing deals
Familiarity with land use, zoning, and construction contract issues
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong project management ability and leadership on complex matters
Licensed to practice law in Missouri
