This role offers the opportunity to work with fund managers and institutional investors across diverse asset classes while advising on structuring, fundraising, and operating investment funds.

Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate private investment fund documents and side letters
Advise institutional investors on fund terms and ancillary agreements
Support clients on fundraising, structuring, and compliance matters
Collaborate across global offices on cross-border fund issues
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of relevant investment funds experience at a top law firm
Strong background in fund structuring, Regulation D, Advisers Act, and related compliance
Experience representing fund managers and/or institutional investors
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Admission in NY, IL, or DC (or eligibility to waive in)
