Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-level projects
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
Communicate effectively with partners and executive leadership
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Minimum 7+ years of experience managing large-scale projects in enterprise environments
Proven track record to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
