Responsibilities
Expand SaaS Product Adoption - Develop and execute strategies to increase usageof Amped, Adaptix, Optix, and Validify across our client portfolio. Impact: Accelerate customer engagement and growth, ensuring sustained revenue and deeper product integration
Drive Direct Sales Success - Design and lead direct sales strategies, leveraging insights and market data. Impact: Achieve and exceed sales targets, fueling business growth and expanding market share
Nurture Customer Relationships - Cultivate existing partnerships while identifying and securing new clients. Impact: Strengthen loyalty and retention, driving long-term client value and satisfaction
Collaborate with Marketing - Work closely with marketing teams to align messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies. Impact: Create a unified brand presence that amplifies reach and drives qualified leads
Motivate and Coach Sales Teams - Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing sales professionals. Impact: Build a resilient and agile sales force capable of delivering consistent results
Ensure Sales Targets Are Met - Monitor performance against quotas, troubleshoot challenges, and implement improvements. Impact: Sustain revenue momentum and drive predictable business outcomes

Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales experience, ideally in software/SaaS solutions
BA or BS degree
Experience with formal sales management processes
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
