They are seeking a Boutique Facilitator, Host who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, facilitating their experience in the boutique, and assisting in maintaining the flow of traffic and client interactions.

Responsibilities

Facilitate in the seamless client experience by warmly greeting clients upon arrival and sharing relevant information regarding health and safety protocols

Leverage tools and processes to help manage client wait times and appointments

Assist clients by answering questions and helping facilitate a seamless experience to bridge the wait time and time in boutique

Maintain flow of traffic to ensure adequate service levels

Proactively communicate what the client should expect in terms of wait time, in-boutique experience, etc, setting realistic expectations with clients

Required

Minimum 1 year of related experience

Moves with pace and energy while maintaining attention to detail

A people person who can work both independently and with others

Minimum High School Diploma

Able to lift 15 lbs

Must have flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends and some holidays

Heart of House: Requires in-store presence to facilitate the opening and closing of the boutique; the receiving of inventory; shipping of product to support sales to ensure optimal client service

Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively

Understanding of, and passion for client experience

Excellent communication skills

Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives

Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL

Preferred

Foreign language skills are preferred but not required
