Pepper Construction Group is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead complex, mission-critical projects. In this role, you will oversee MEP systems and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and performance while collaborating with various teams to drive project success.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee mission-critical MEP projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring successful delivery at every stage

Coordinate and manage all MEP systems, with special emphasis on electrical, maintaining strict compliance with design intent, project specifications, codes, and standards

Build trust and collaboration among subcontractors, engineers, and field teams to achieve exceptional results

Uphold and enforce Pepper’s safety and quality standards across all phases of assigned projects

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on schedule, budget, and project goals

Contribute to preconstruction efforts as needed, including early-stage budgeting, design coordination, and subcontractor buyout

Communicate regularly with clients, owners, and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and projects exceed satisfaction

Mentor, manage, and empower direct reports to maximize performance and engagement. Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned and best practices into future projects

Required

5+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex projects with extensive electrical system involvement and full MEP integration

Strong background in electrical systems complemented by broad knowledge of MEP systems

Demonstrated ability to manage mission-critical projects successfully

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Proven ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders and subcontractors
