Responsibilities

Supports the origination, evaluation, and execution of M&A transactions and strategic initiatives
Conducts market, industry, and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities
Builds and maintains detailed financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, precedent transactions, trading comps)
Assists in preparing investment memoranda, presentations, and other materials for senior leadership and executive committees
Participates in due diligence processes, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors
Tracks and updates the deal pipeline and maintain internal databases
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to assess strategic fit and integration opportunities
Contributes to the development of business cases and strategic recommendations

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or transaction advisory
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Familiarity with financial statements and valuation methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

Experience with financial databases (e.g., Capital IQ, PitchBook) is a plus
