Implement and maintain link budget and RF system models for key use cases (mobility, fixed, enterprise, gateway, etc.)
Run sensitivity and corner analyses to understand performance margins and drive design tradeoffs
Help define RF system KPIs and integrate them into automated analysis/reporting pipelines
Build and maintain simulation scripts and tooling (Python/Matlab, SystemVue/ADS, CST/HFSS) to support architecture reviews
Partner with antenna, RFIC, and baseband teams to ensure models accurately reflect implementation constraints (e.g., quantization, phase/amplitude errors, calibration residuals)
Support test plan definition for lab/field campaigns that validate system models
Analyze measured data, compare against predicted performance, and propose corrective actions or model updates
Contribute to internal documentation, tooling guidelines, and “how-to” references for system modeling
