Serve as lead counsel in civil litigation matters involving property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation

Provide strategic case valuations and timely updates to clients and claims teams

Utilize advanced trial advocacy skills and maintain awareness of evolving laws and technology

Mentor junior attorneys and foster collaboration across the Nationwide Trial Division

Demonstrate proactive case management, strong work ethic, and exceptional communication skills
