Responsibilities
Applying fertilizers and lawn care treatments with precision — because every blade of grass deserves a little love
Diagnosing turf issues like weeds, pests, or disease (basically, you’re part scientist, part lawn whisperer)
Communicating with customers clearly and professionally — you’re the friendly face of FineTurf, so bring your charm (and maybe a few lawn jokes)
Operating and maintaining spray equipment safely and efficiently — because we like our technicians and our gear in one piece
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of outdoor work experience - you don't mind breaking a sweat
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Self-motivated and proactive - you see what needs to be done and make it happen
Professional references (because great work speaks for itself)
