Responsibilities
Travel locally and regionally as needed to complete bi-annual or yearly preventative maintenance for healthcare facilities
Complete work order documentation following quality requirements
Conduct routine system checks and record data from product tests after configuration
Maintain tools assigned by the client as needed
Per-diem (as needed) position requiring travel with some overnight assignments and flexibility
Availability to work scheduled facilities that may require service to take place either during the business day, or after business hours (nights)
Coordinate with supporting teams such as schedulers to facilitate service appointments
Qualification
Required
High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Must have intermediate troubleshooting abilities in the disciplines of electronics, mechanics, and electromechanical systems
Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer support
Must have an active driver license and a personal vehicle to use for job related assignments (travel time and mileage are reimbursed)
This position requires a considerable amount of pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, and lifting approximately 70 lbs
Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status
Preferred
Experience as a military technician, computer technician or other complex electronics technician
Experience supporting automation equipment in a healthcare setting
A+ certification
Prior field service, IT, electronics, military, or pharmacy technician experience
