Responsibilities
Prospecting for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases
Developing insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
Maintaining phone time or sales quotas as determined by management
Growing sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, text, and potential client lists
Setting appointments for financial needs reviews with our in-office specialist
Growing revenue by successfully discovering client’s needs for additional lines of insurance
Seeking referrals from current client base to solicit new business prospects
Meeting new business production goals and objectives as established
Qualification
Required
Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses; already possessing required licenses a plus
Prior sales experience a plus
Driven and goal-oriented individual
Be capable of handling customer rejection
Must excel at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start
Confident self-starter with the ability to stay focused and proactive while working independently
Effective written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
Bilingual candidates welcome
