Responsibilities
Manages all aspects of the PVC product portfolio, ensuring lifecycle success and profitability
Gathers Voice of the Customer (VOC) to develop new products, enhance service, and identify evolving customer needs
Develops and implements channel strategies, including market segmentation, volume, and pricing strategies
Analyzes vertical markets and works closely with the commercial team to target specific markets for growth
Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure product differentiation and value creation
Influences plant production schedules, capabilities, and capacity to align with market demand
Manages the order book to maximize profitability, production, and shipments
Tracks market share and performs competitive analysis to identify and address market opportunities
Develops marketing tools and campaigns to promote new products and expand into new markets
Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices in compliance with regulatory agencies and company policy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Marketing
Bachelor of Science degree required
Demonstrated expertise in managing all areas of Product Management, including marketing, competitive analysis, product roadmaps, and new product development
Proficient in analyzing data, creating pricing strategies, and identifying market trends
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Preferred
Preferably within the PVC pipe market
Preference for a degree in Engineering
