Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in managing day-to-day operations of cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Quality) across multiple sites
Ensure seamless communication with logistics, production, quality teams, suppliers, and customers to maintain alignment and meet deadlines
Coordinate component shipments and monitor delivery schedules to guarantee timely product availability
Develop and cascade operational targets aligned with overall project objectives to drive team performance
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality throughout the project lifecycle
Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, risks, opportunities, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution
Engage with stakeholders—including clients and suppliers—to maintain high customer satisfaction, including managing change orders, claims, and warranty activities
Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to management, highlighting key milestones and performance metrics

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related field), or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a project-based, low-volume, high-complexity production environment
Demonstrated project management expertise, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing or coordinating operational teams in a related industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey technical information
Effective presentation skills and experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Willingness to travel up to 10% based on project requirements

Preferred

Knowledge of German, Chinese and/or Spanish language(s) is a plus
PM@Siemens certification or similar
