The Controls Engineering Intern will assist the team in designing, programming, testing, and commissioning, while working closely with other engineers to support project objectives.

Responsibilities
Work closely with other controls engineers to understand the design and coding requirements
Work with engineers on how to create electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical
Must have great communication skills. This will be paramount in internal communication as well as discussions with other engineers and
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Maintain a consistently positive, enthusiastic attitude!
Keep an open mind; be creative with concepts. Encourage entrepreneurial and innovative spirit among others
Anticipate problems and be able to proactively act rather than react
Maintain office area clean and organized
Complete all administrative tasks/paperwork in a timely manner
Works well with engineering and manufacturing teams. Pitch’s in where needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
Strong troubleshooting skills
Strong Programming skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
PLC experience with a class/course or previous internship
Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship
Ability to travel between 70-90% during the internship (US Domestic)
