Responsibilities

Provide leadership for Oracle Fusion ERP technical support, managing customizations, integrations, and enhancements

Lead design and development of extensions, reports, and interfaces

Manage support team for incident resolution and requests

Oversee release management, patch testing, and Oracle updates

Collaborate with functional leads to deliver enhancements

Ensure documentation, knowledge base, and runbooks are maintained

Implement SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks

Serve as escalation point for critical incidents

Qualification

Oracle Fusion ERPERP technical experienceOracle SaaS updatesDevOps practicesITIL service managementVendor managementBachelor’s in ITComputer ScienceITIL certificationLeadership

Required

10+ years ERP technical experience (Fusion, EBS, or equivalent)

Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP tools (OIC, BIP, OTBI, VBCS, APEX)

Experience with Oracle SaaS updates, testing automation, and DevOps practices

Strong leadership and vendor management

Understanding of ITIL service management

Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering

Preferred

ITIL certification
