Responsibilities
Handle multiple call types from our various members in North America and answer general customer inquiries clearly and professionally
Provide inbound customer support
Assist customers with navigation support and road-side assistance
Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile
Qualification
Required
1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial
A High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Eagerness to learn new technologies
Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based application)
Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week
