Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to ensure IT operations effectively support organizational objectives
Oversee infrastructure, networking, servers, cloud environments, cybersecurity oversight, and end-user computing
Lead and mentor the IT Operations team, fostering a culture of service, accountability, and professional growth
Implement and maintain IT best practices, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable technology operations
Serve as primary liaison for IT vendors, equipment providers, and telecommunications partners
Assess technology needs, recommend solutions, and guide stakeholders across business units
Protect confidential information across company, customer, and employee data
Maintain, test, and strengthen disaster recovery and backup systems
Manage procurement, installation, and lifecycle of hardware, software, and infrastructure assets
Identify infrastructure risks and recommend improvements to security and performance
Build business cases for initiatives and lead projects from planning through execution
Track and manage IT operational spend in alignment with strategic priorities

Required

5+ years of progressive IT leadership experience overseeing infrastructure and end-user services
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards
Experience with SD-WAN, virtualization, and endpoint management
Demonstrated success managing IT operations, servers, networks, and cloud environments (Azure preferred)
Proven people-management experience with strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
Strong project management abilities; capable of handling multiple concurrent initiatives
Experience with system migrations, upgrades, and enterprise change
Vendor management and contract negotiation experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; service-oriented mindset
Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and lead through change
Strong documentation skills (policies, procedures, user communications)
Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends and travel as needed
