This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney with 3-5 years of experience in corporate M&A to take on substantial responsibilities and work on complex transactions.

Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate M&A agreements, including merger agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, and letters of intent
Work on private equity transactions and related agreements, such as partnership agreements, joint ventures, and LLC operating agreements
Conduct due diligence and provide guidance on general corporate and business matters
Participate in the Representation and Warranty Insurance underwriting process
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in Corporate M&A
Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple aspects of complex deals and work collaboratively with clients and team members
Excellent academic credentials and a proven track record in handling high-quality transactional work
Preferred
private equity transaction experience
