Manage the day-to-day needs of portfolio companies, including strategic guidance and general corporate matters
Negotiate important transaction documents and handle M&A transaction documents
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of experience in Corporate law, with a focus on private equity, M&A transactions, and capital markets
Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple aspects of complex deals and work collaboratively with clients and team members
Must be admitted to the Texas Bar
