Responsibilities
Analyzing customer and market data to support strategic decisions
Transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly impact business growth
Performing market research and working with data
Uncovering meaningful insights from complex data sets and ensuring actionable outcomes
Presenting data-driven insights to cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders
Thinking creatively when approaching data challenges and uncovering hidden patterns or trends
Learning new data analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies
Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
Identifying trends, patterns, and meaningful insights from complex datasets
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets, create pivot tables, and generate insights from raw data
Basic understanding of statistical concepts and methods, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and data distribution, for making informed decisions based on data
Experience with data cleaning and preprocessing techniques to ensure that data sets are accurate, complete, and ready for analysis
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights, transforming raw information into reports that guide strategic business decisions
Advanced analytical skills with a strategic mindset, able to approach data from a high-level perspective while paying close attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present analysis results and data insights to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, ensuring that all analysis is correct and aligned with business objectives
Logical problem-solving ability with a data-driven approach, using data insights to find solutions to business challenges and opportunities
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, sharing insights, working towards common goals, and delivering impactful data-driven results
Proactive self-starter mentality with an ambition to grow and contribute to the success of the team and organization
Adaptability and resilience in facing challenges, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to new business priorities or market changes
