Pricing Analyst II
Ontic is a leading global aerospace OEM trusted by the world’s aviation leaders. They are seeking a Pricing Analyst II to assist the Revenue Management Department by leading comprehensive pricing assessments and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure pricing outcomes align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive pricing assessments, including margin optimization, cost modeling, market benchmarking, segmentation analysis, and competitive pricing strategy development
Take ownership of complex pricing opportunities across multi-year and high-value OEM and government contracts, ensuring alignment to business profitability goals (FAR 15, FAR 12, FFP, IDIQ, etc.)
Provide insight and recommendations on pricing strategy that influence leadership decisions, including scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to ensure pricing outcomes support full lifecycle business objectives
Analyze pricing trends, profit margins, open market availability and market needs to establish profitable fair market price for products
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field of study
Minimum 2-3 years of pricing, financial analysis, revenue management, or related experience, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing environments
Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and build actionable pricing models
Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and data modeling), with experience in Power BI or equivalent BI tools
Strong communication skills with the ability to present analytical insights clearly to both technical and executive audiences
Familiarity with estimating bill of materials (BOM) for cost and price buildup
Knowledge of government pricing regulations and contracting vehicles (e.g., FAR, TINA, FFP, IDIQs) strongly preferred
