Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and deploy scalable front-end UIs, high-performance backend services, and APIs
Translate quant and portfolio-manager requirements into technical designs
Collaborate with engineering, quant teams, and portfolio managers to define scope and priorities
Own delivery, production reliability, and incident response
Mentor peers
Qualification
Required
Strong Python proficiency
Advanced SQL for complex data analysis
10+ years of software engineering experience delivering production systems
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Familiarity with quantitative workflows or direct experience working with quant teams
Clear communication
Results orientation
Willingness to take on multiple roles to deliver solutions under time pressure
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related technical field
10+ years of hands-on software development experience
Strong Pandas proficiency
Familiarity with distributed systems
Large scale data processing
Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Front end development experience
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS)
