Responsibilities

Calculating employee wages, overtime, deductions, and taxes based on timekeeping data and other relevant information including integrating key stakeholder/3rd party files into bi-weekly payroll processing

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records within ADP Workforce Now, including changes to pay rates, deductions, and benefits

Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, as well as company policies as previously defined

Accurately entering payroll data into ADP WFN and verifying its accuracy before processing

Creating and distributing various payroll reports, including deductions, and other relevant information

Responding to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and other payroll-related matters

Identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors in payroll data or processes

Assisting with the setup and maintenance of the ADP Workforce Now system, including new feature requests, configuration changes as well as pay code/deduction set ups

Providing documentation and support for internal and external audits

Required

Experience with processing payroll, preferably with ADP Workforce Now

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations

Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and other stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines

Experience using ADP Workforce Now

Expertise with Excel for data analysis and reporting

Preferred

Experience interfacing with WorkDay

Reconciling payroll data with the general ledger and other financial records

Providing training to other employees on payroll processes or the ADP WFN system
